The case of Mrs. .Florence Shaw, for attempting to rescue Mrs. A. Farmer, Bona Farmer (aged 17) and P.ita Shaw" (aged 14) from drowning in the Opawa river, Blenheim, on -JSth. December, I<JO7 —Silver medal to Mrs. Shaw, and an in menionam certificate to Mrs. and Miss Fanner. The case of Frank Perliam (aged 3(i), for rescuing Cyril J. H. Moore, (aged BJ), from drowning at Akaroa on Kith December, PJO7-Letler 0 f condemnation.
