THE TRIANGULAR TROUBLE,
(By Cable.—Press Association.—Copy- , right.) London, July 21. A meeting of the Advisory Committee of the Counties' Cricket Association will be held at Lords on the 20th inst.\ to consider the situation created by the refusal of Australia to participate in triangular international contests.
GOOD BOWLING. London, July 21. In a cricket match Middlesex beat! the Philadelphia)!* by 7 wickets. Tarrant and Trolt, both formerly of tralia, bowled without change throughout both innings. Tarrant took ten wickets for 10 and Trott nine for 59. '
A meeting of the Carrington Road Club is to be held to-night at the Imperial Hotel to consider the question of raising funds for providing practice wickets at the Recreation Sports Ground for next season.
