Telegrams report that the Sultan is making offers to release the officers whose arrest has caused one of the grievances of the Young Turkjeh Party, but his promises are not trusted. Seven thousand of the troops atj Monastir havo revolted. Jfany have joined the Young Turks. Tho Sultan is sending 33,000 Anatolia troops, including two Kurdish} cavalry regiments, to the scene of tho outbreak.
