FRENCH NAVAL MANŒUVRES.
A SENTIMENTAL ADMIRAL. Received 20, 11.30 p.m. London, July 20. Keuter's Paris correspondent states that Admiral Germinent suddenly terminated the manoeuvres of the Mediterranean fleet because Admiral Lepord, by disobeying the programme of operations, evaded the attack intended to be a surprise, thus escaping defeat. Admiral Gerbinent condemned the senti-t mental considerations prompting Adnius al Leporil's action.
