The second portion of Lord Bunket's welcome to Palmerston took place last night, says a Press message. Their excellencies wore tendered a conversazione, by the Mayor and citiswng in the Opera House. Lord Plunket spoke leeliugly of the heartiness with which he and Lady Plunket liad been welcomed In Palmerston and commented on the progressive character of the district.
