Ivoir Hnrdic's exclusion from the Royal garden party, which was due, Mr. Hardie claims, to his protesting against the King's visit to the Czar of Russia. Mr. Thorno said the King bad no . right to interfere with Commoners' ulteranecs inside or outside Parliament. He hoped the time would come quickly when there would lie no room for Kings or Queens. The people could govern themselves better without monnarebs.
