tive experiments with a new composition armor, uud practically upholds the inventor's claims, namely," that its resistance is fourfold more than that of drilled steel, is invulnerable to rhV bullets, is no heavier than tho existing cuiraiss, and costs one-half of chilled steel and is expeditiously repaired.
