SECTIONS OF LABOR PARTY CONTOASTED. Received 13th, 0.50 pan, London, July 13. Sir Joseph Peas, speaking at the Eighty Club, contrasted the useful assistance given to the Government by the trades union section of the Labor Party with the spasmodic help of the other section, whereon the Government was unable to feel assured or could rely, although many of them were returned by Liberal votes.
