THEIR MAIN FUNCTION. Received July 12, 4.30 p.m. ' London, July 11. Sir Hartley Williams, an ex-Victorian Judge, in a letter in the Daily News, dissents from Avess' assertion that the main function of wages boards in the United Kingdom would be the dissemination of information. In other respecis he criticises the conclusions.
