THE NAVAL AGREEMENT.

Melbourne, July 7. The Federal Premier (Mr. A. Ueakin) cannot understand the reference made by« Mr. G. Lambert, Civil Lord »f the Admiralty, in the House of Commons, to the Australian naval arrangement. He says be tas given the Admiralty ' everything that appeared necessary, and would be only too glad to supply more information.
