SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE. . Received July 2, 0.12 a.m. Melbourne, July 1. The Commonwealth revenue for tha year was £15,014,000, an increase of £2,183,000, and the expenditure £6,150,000, an increase of £1,109,000. Tho amount returned to the States was £8,860,000, an increase of £1,015,000.
