ADMIRALS' DIFFERENCES. London, June 30. The Daily Clirojiiflu states that at a recent levee Admiral John Usher, in the presence of members of the Cabinet* and Foreign Ambassadors, offered to shake hands with Admiral Lord Charles Bcresford, who ostentatiously refined, placing his hand behind his back. This, together with Beresford's attitude towards Admiral Scott, is causing much comment. It is reported that Lord Beresford U to retire after the manoeuvres and to re-enter political life.
