SCHEME TO FIND THE CASH. , Melbourne, June 2D. Mr. Wade, Premier of New South Wales, has invited the other States to join with him in again submitting to the Federal Premier, Mr. A. Deakin, an oiler to find all the monejr required for the Federal old-age pensions provided that Mr. Deakin will agree not to appropriate any money under the Surplus Revenue Act. He is also urging Mr. Deakin to accept this proposal.
