THE PERSIAN UPHEAVAL.
THE SHAH'S RESCMPT. Received 20th, 11.20 p.m. Teheran, Juno 20. The Shah, iu a rescript, censnreß the anjumans, which he describes as political societies, without rules or constitution, for undue meddling with Government affairs, creating confusion. The rescript announces the dissolution of Parliament and adds that upright, pious, and patriotic deputies will be elected three months hence.
