MARTIAL, LAW IX TEHEKAX. Teheran, June 24. Priur to yesterday'* developments, the Fenian Parliament had presented an ultima Unit to the Shall, and relations Ire tween them had been broken off. The Shall has now ordered martial law at Teheran. During yesterday's fighting, bombs fere thrown, killing several soldiers aud officials. Parliament buildings and many houses in tbe vicinity were sacked by the soldiers. The Indo-Knropean telegraph station iris under fire aud bullets were flying round. One member of the native stafl was wounded. It is reported that foreign residents are in no danger. A number of editors took refuge in the British Legation. Tbe British and Russian representatives have requested tbe Shah to take immediate steps to restore order. Their (ioverneninU will hold hiui responsible for any unfortunate incidents that may occur. *
