SUPREME COURT.
NELSON SESSIONS. By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night. At the Supreme Court this afternoon the. trial of Olaf Halineu and Anders Anderson 011 a charge of murdering John Botirke at Westport on May Bth, was continued. The evidence of Constables Kecnan and Butter was taken, being as to the statements made by Conelly, the Crown'.s principal witness, and the arrest of the prisoners. Constable Batter was still in the box when the Court, adjourned. Over twenty witnesses have yet. to be examined, and the trial is not likely to lie finished this week.
