STRO.Vt; FEKLIXc; IX CAPK COLONY. Received June '2.'!. 10.15 p.m. Capetown, June 23. Strong feeling lias been aroused in Ca|>etown owing to Australia's prohibition of Cape forage. Retaliation is suggested.
Both parties of the A>-emhly protested vigorously and emphasised that Cape forage had absolute freedom from disease. Tlie Minister lor Agriculture promised to communicate with the Commonwealth on the matter.
