MINERS' CONFERENCE.
COMPULSORY ARBITRATION URGED Received 14th; 4.45 p.m. Paris, June 14. The European Miners' Congress at Paris unanimously recommended the appointment of working men as inspector* ol mines, also agitation to induce all Governments to submit to compulsory arbitration any dispute likely to digturl) the world's peace.
