QUESTION IN CANDIAN PARLIA MENT. Received 11th, 10.40 p.m. Ottawa, June 11. Sir Wilfrid Lanrier,* replying to a question in the House of Parliament -w to whether Lord Strathcona had been authorised to oppose the Blaeksod routa ia cOHßtwtioil with the "All Red; 1 service, stated that Canada would unitedly suggest anv route. The selection would be left to the company undertaking the service, the only condition lieing that it should be between Britain and Canada.
