ASSASSINATION PLANNED. RINGLEADERS ARRESTED. BOMB FACTORY DISCOVERED. Received 11th, 10.40 p-ni. Lisbon, June 11. Newspapers at Lisbon report the arrest of Jose Duarte and Constantino Mendes, ringleaders, and many others connected with the same society as Luiea and Coßta. They had lieen planning the assassination of King Manuel. Qoeen Amelia, the Duke of Braganza, and the Dowager Maria Pia during the religious festival on the 18th. The prisoners include several em ployees of s Republican newspaper. A bomb factory has been diseovcr-J in the suburbs.
