WESTPORT MURDER CASE.
COMMITTED FOR TRIAL.

Westport, Saturday.
Mr. Rawson, 6.M., reluctantly committed Halliraont and Anderson for UWI for the murder of Bourko. "Reluctant: )y," he said, "because I believe Connelly '•was alone the inurdoror of Bonrke." But he was not acting judiciously. If he were trying tho case he would dismiss the information against the accused. It was for the police to deal further with Connelly. The police opposed bail, but eventually it was granted in two sureties of £IOO each.
Mr. McDonald, for the accused, statod ho had further evidence which, he declared, will prove Connelly to bo the perpetrator of the crime and the accused innocent.
The police said tho evidence had nob yet been fully communicated to them.
