WESTPORT MURDER CASE.
Per Press Association. Westport, Last Night. At tho Bourke murder trial this afternoon, evidence of rebuttal was brought by the Crown, chiefly directed to ascertain accuseds' movements at the theatre. One witness stated that about 8,20 p.m. on Friday he saw the two accused at the door of his shop at the time when it had been alleged by the other witness they were at the theatre. At the conclusion of the evidence tho magistrate reserved his decision till next morning as to whether to dismiss the charges or commit accused for trial.
