THE FRENCH PRESIDENT IN ENGLAND. ENTHUSIASTIC SEND-OFF FROM FRANCE. Paris, May 25. There was great enthusiasm shown nt the departure of President Fallierea and Si. Piclton from Paris on a visit to England. They also received an ovation at Boulogne. RECEPTION OF FRENCH PRESIDENT A GREAT PAGEANT. PRESIDENT WARMLY GREETED BY THE KING. There was a brilliant recoption at Victoria station, where King Edward warmly greeted President FalliereS, accompanying him to St. James' Palace, Tho crowds were enthusiastic. The decorations at Grosvenor Place, Piccadilly and St. James street were magnificent.
A STATE BANQUET. FELICITOUS SPEECHES. Receiver 27th, 12.20 a.m. London, May 28. After ceremonial calls on King Edward and tho Prince of Wales, President Fallieres attended n State banquet at Buckingham Palace. King Edward said he and Iho Queen were enchanted with the welcome, and hoped the entente would become permanent, bc.eanso it was necessary to the welfare and prosperity of the two nations and for the maintenance of peace which makes for the happiness of the whole world.

King Edward decorated President Fallitres with tho grand chain of the Victorian Order.
President Fallieros conferred the Grand Cross of tho Legion of Honor on Prince Arthur of Connaught and Lord Beresford.
