It showed that between January, 1888, and July, 190U, lie wag cautioned or punislied fourteen times for carelessness while driving, including fines in two instances for passing danger signals. In one case where lie did so, the engine ran off. In 1890, for running t'he Governor's special nt an excessive speed, lie was ordered to fie relieved of duty in connection with dvi'-'ii" important specials.
