Thos. Fitzgerald, charged with arson, appeared in Court as if in a lit, in which state he had been for a considerable time. He was remanded till next session.' Karl llillstrom received three years' for theft of money entrusted to him to buy provisions for a sports meeting. Auckland, Last Night.
