Received Kith, 4.14 p.m. London, May Hi. King Edward received at Buckingham Palace, Herr Dernburg, Director of German Colonial Affairs, who is sailing today on a mission to Africa. Hen' Dernburg expressed himself grateful to the Imperial and colonial Governments for facilities to study administration in South Africa.
