ENVOYS' FRUITLESS VISIT TO GERMANY. Received 15£ hj, 11.5 p.m. Berlin, .May 13. Duron Longworth informed Mulai llalid's envoys to Berlin that Germany was unable to negotiate with them as Mulsii Ila fid had no recognised international status. The envoys asserted he was the real master of all Morocco, except the coastil towns.
