NAVAL ARCHITECTS OPINION. Received. May 13, 0.33 a-ni. Sydney, May 12. Mr. Reeb>, naval architect, giving evidence at the Ik-ga enquiry, said he had formed the opinion that the vessel, being a tender ship, was loaded in a manner which made her cranky. When she listed she took in a quantity ui water through her ports, which made her mor« unstable.
