A PRISONER'S DEATH.
Per Press Association. Auckland, Tuesday. A man named Thomas Pink was arrested for drunkenness at Henderson Friday night and was placed in the colls at lli)e Auckland Police Station, apparently a.sleep. Attempts to wake him failed till Sunday when lie complained of feeling queer. He was removed to tlie hospital and died. An imjuent was opened and has been adjourned.
