CALDWELL A PHYSICAL WRECK. New York, April 23. The medical officers of Mattewan Hospital have issued a report on the condition of Robert Caldwell, the New York solicitor who gave- evidence in the Driiee-Portlttiid case, and who is "wanted " to appear in London on a charge of perjury. The doctors state that Caldwell is a mental and physical wreck and that it is improbable that he will ever be in :i lit condition to bo extradited to England. >
