SCIENTIFIC CURRENCY.
UNITED STATES SCHEME. INFLUENTIAL COMMISSION APPOINTED. Received April 18, 0.42 a.m. New York, April 17. Mr. Fowler introduced in the American House a Bill providing for the appointment of a Commission to prepare a scientific linancinl currency system. The Commission consists of eleven Senators, eleven members of the House, and twenty-one citizens appointed by President Roosevelt. It is to report in January.
