| ASSASSIN ARRESTED. Received April 13, 0.51 p.m. Vienna, April 13. Siczcjuski, a Ruthenian student of philosophy, shot and killed Count Potocki, the Governor of Galicia-Lemberg, while presenting a petition, lie was arrested.
