A man may acquire a dislike for a businesaaiociate—ll dislike founded on a misunderstanding—und he may harbour that ill feeling for years to the exclusion of every charitable thought for him. Through the distorted lens of a perverted imagination every simpl e difference of opinion Ijecmnes magnified into an instance of wilful misdealing or marked incapacity. In this state of mind one's judgment becomes so waited that wrong often looks right and right often looks wrong, and slaii.iec becomes the spontaneous expression ot owl's opinions of another. In this distorted frame of mind the niau will imagine tluit the other person is in soma way hindering his success, and this will tend to close his mind to the fact Hut a man's success depends on what be himself thinks and docs more than on the acts of another. At every turn a man is harmed by holding to a misunderstanding of another. Tin right thing to do is to talk the matter out in the beginning in a frank heart-to-heart talk.
