A man who has a ehanee to he heard by those in authority has, in n degree, a voice in th ( . management of the business. Jf his ideas are better than those that are up for consideration, ami if he lias the ability to express those ideas so that others may appreeiate them, hj,. lias a corresponding opportuiiily to control the situation, regardless ol whether he be manager, assistant, or a worker in less coii-picuous capacity.
When .Mr Brown i- promoted or leaves the business ami .Mr. Smilli is assigned to the title anil duties which were Air.
