Napier, Last Night. The inter-provincial cricket match, Wellington v. Hnwkc's Hay, was com-

nienced on the Recreation Ground this afternoon. The wicket was in splendid order, Hawke's Bay, batting first, scored 198 for seven wickets, Lusk being not out with a chanceless 84, the other priucipal scorers being Hawke 51, ilindmarsh 24, Cato W).
