Palmerston X., Saturday Night, At the Supreme Court to-da'v Mr. Justice Cooper delivered judgment in the o»»S of William Reed and others v. the Levin Co-operative Company. In this case plaintiffs applied for the annulling of the election of John Davics and Basil R- Gardener as directors of the defendant company, and for a mandamus ordering the company to proceed with a fresh election of directors. His Honor gave judgment for defendants, with one set of costs, assessed at £3O lis.
