Grilliths to ji,° eeipt for £5 ss. Frank Halligan pleaded guilty to ai charge that, being the grantor of a bill of sale to John Wilkinson, solicitor, of Duncan, he did On 30th January, 1907, at Wellington, by tha sale of a horse and express comprised in the bill of sale, attempt to defraud the said John Wilkinson and thus impair his socurity over the same. He was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
