DISQUALIFICATIONS. j A lettc r was received from the Op'inake Football Club asking the club to -npport the removal of disqualifications from H. Young and S. Forsyth, who were disqualified last year for play. Pihama Club also made a simil ir request with regard to S. l'orsytli. PLAYERS' INSURANCE. The question of insurance of players was discussed, and the matter was left to the executive committee. HONORARIUM. T'iie secretary and the treasurer were voted an honorarium of two guineas each, as a tangible expression of the club's appreciation of their services. Both, however, deeliued to accept the vote, which, they stated, they would donate to the juniors' trip fund. DONATIONS. The president offered to donate a trophy to the player in the club making the greatest improvement in the year, the club to decide the winner. Mr. S. Percy tt lyrics gave a donation of two footballs. BAYLY MEMORIAL. In reply to a circular letter from the chairman of the Rugby Union with regard to the proposal to erect a suitable memorial to the Lite Mr. A. Bayly, the president suggested that a memorial trophy to be competed for by all the teams in Taranaki, would be suitable. If, further, a memorial in New Plymouth could be arranged, he could not think of anything more suitable than a memorial pavilion in the Reercatioii Sports Ground. LIFE MEMBERS. Mr. and Mrs. Dan O'Brien were ele:ted life members of the club. Votes of thanks were accorded to the retiring officers, the ladies, the Referees' Association, and the Press. Twenty-six new members were elected. CLIFTON CLUB. The annual general meeting of the Clifton Football Club was held at Wai-t-ara on Wednesday evening. Mr. L. C. Jennings occupied the chair.
