They have liccn executed without trial. The refugees include General Nadreau, Commander of Port-nu-Priitfe, and the Chief Justice of Hayti. France refused to .surrender the refugees who took shelter at the French Consulate. AMERICAN WARSHIPS TO THE SCENE. Received 18th, 0.32 p.m. New York, March 18. The United States warships Desmomes and Eagle have been ordered to Hayti.
