The case of Mitchell and McKellar against the Government, being an application for an Injunction to restrain the Otago Land Board from proceeding with the ballot for the lease of sections at Otekaike, originally granted to plaintiffs, was mentioned In the Supreme Court to-day, and was set down for hearing on Tuesday.
