1 Per Press .Association. ! Palmerston .North, Monday. : The criminal session of th e Supreme ' Court opened here to-day before Mr. Justice Cooper. His Honor, in addressing the Grand Jury, congratulated them on the comparative immunity from crime enjoyed by the district. There were thirteen charges against twelve persons. fJ'hc Grand Jury found true bills in the following cases: Edward Jones, alias Johns, indecent assault; Harry Deelcy, theft; Robert Mcllwaine, assault and causing actual bodily harm; Frederick James Symons, assault and robbery; Albert Duncan Brown, alias Rrowue, assault and robbery; Frances Robert Linton, broach of the Bankruptcy Act.
