At the Auckland Rowing Association ' championship regatta held ou Saturday afternoon the principal events were decided as follows:—Senior Fours —North Shore 1, St. George 2. Maiden Single Sculls—ll. 11. Harper 1. Maiden Fours— Waitemata No. 1, 1; North Shore No. 2. Champion Scnlls —T. Richards (Waitemata) 1, W. Westray (Waitemata) 2. Maiden Pairs—Waitemata (row over) 1. Junior Fours—West End (row over) 1. Maiden Double ScullsAuckland 1. Maiden Fours (open)— West End 1, Waitemata No. 1 2. Senior Double Sculls—St. George 1. Junior Fours (open)— West End J. Marshall Cup Single Sculls Handicap—Clark (Kopu), l.'isec, 1; W. Westray (Waite- | mata), 12sec, 2. Youths' Fours—Waitemata (walk over). The Waitemata Boating Club's senior crew left for Napier this afternoon to take part in the rowing championships. The crew is probably the l>cst in the Auckland province. The North Shore light-weight r-rew, which met with their first defeat this season, will leave for Napier on Tuesday. I (
