; London, March 13. The shareholders of G. H. Druce, limited, the company formed to promote Ike claim of G. H. Drnce to the Portland eatates has resolved to wind up. Druce atated at the meeting that all the subscribed capital had been expended, and there still remained liabilities amounting to £3OO.

At the meeting which decided on the .winding-up of Druce Limited there were half-a-doien shareholders present oeeides officials. Druce informed the meeting that the winding-up of the company need not affect the proceeding! to establish bis claim, which would be continued or dropped according as the liquidator advised. The shareholders' rights were intact, and any aasets that might ultimately remiia mold be distributed.
