! AKMTRATION COURT TO SIT TO-DAY. Greymouth, Lust Night. The members of the Arbitration Court arrived to-night, from Christclmrch, ami will hear the Blackball case to-morrow. MJr. M. Hannan will conduct tho proceedings for the Crown, and Mr. Guinness for the Blackball Miners' Union. Mr. Guinness, acting for the Miners' Union, will proceed against the Ulackball Coal Company for a broach of the award under section 108 of the main I Act, which rends as follows:—"Every employer who dismisses from his employment any worker by reason merely of
I the fact that the worker is a uicmbor of an industrial union, or who is conclusively proved to have dismissed such worker, merely because he is entitled to the benefits of an award, order or agreemeat, shall be deemed to have commit' ted a breach of the award , ord"r or agreement, and shall he liable .leciidiHgly." A good deal of interest is bciug taken in the case .and the proceedings will be watched by a large number of miners from Blackball. I
