THE AUSTRALIAN INVITATION. LIKEIA TO BE DECLINED. Received Feb. 20, 1.9 a.m. Loiulou, February 25. The Standard's New York correspondent states that America- is disinclined to accept Mr. Deakin's invitation for iU fleet to visit Australia, fearing th it this would give offence in declining others that may be offerod.
The fleet does, not go to Japan.
