Morocco, February 10. The Moroccan State Bank lias advanced the Maghzen Government two and a half million francs to be devoted exclusively to payment for the garrisoning / of Moroccan ports. The Bank's action is due to the expectation that foreigners will suffer if the Shereeflian troops are not paid. ' ! ,j.
