NOT ACCORDED A HEARING IN NATAL. Received 14th, 11.36 p.m. Durban, February 14. A crowded labor meeting at the Town Hall, Durban, developed into a tremendous uproar. Mr. Keir Hardie and others were not accorded a hearing, and the proceedings terminated in confusion.
