KAID MACLEAN'S RANSOM.

Loudon, February 9. In order to obtain Kaid MacLean'a release the British Legation at Tangles deposited £20,000 in the Bank, released fifty-six prisoners, and restored the slave wives at Zinal. Raisuli and twenty-eight of his relations become British protected subjects. The £15,000 of the ransom remaining will be paid to the Bank id three years, Raisuli receiving interest at the rate of £SO monthly in the mean* time. : THE KING'S CONGRATULATIONS.-. Received 10th, 11.38 p.m. London, February 10. King Edward congratulated Kaid Sir Harry Mac Lean on bis release. He inquired after his health. •
