The United States Supreme Court has declared as unconstitutional the Aot of Congress prohibiting railroads engaged in interstate commerce from discriminating among members of labor organisa. tions in matters of employment. ' The Court held that the master mechanics on the Louisville and Nashville railroad were entitled to discharge an employee because he was a member of a labor organisation.
