This system is presumably on the lines successfully followed by Lord Milner in 1903. , The law, it is stated, will be amended! next session. The Act meanwhile will be in abeyance. It is presumed the Go-l vermnent will be assured of the Oppo-. sition's strong support in carrying out their courageous decision.
